Experimental-4 (X-4)

Experimental-5 (X-5)

These two designs emerged as frontrunners for 2006 due to the overwhelming response of The Heretic and its particular powerplant, attitude and looks.

ECOSSE’s road-racing heritage again takes hold in these models. The still unnamed X-4 and X-5 (demonstrating Don Atchison’s affection for fighter planes the prototypes are numbered in true experimental aircraft form) carry on the company’s anti-chopper theme. They each capitalize on that same massive American V-Twin torque but with very different styling elements and more aggressive riding positions.

ECOSSE’s X-4 and X-5 continue The Heretic’s mantra of enormous torque, pure excitement and exhilaration at any speed. Stay tuned for further developments.

X-4, inspired by the great KR750, with bad-ass ’60s attitude and state-of-the-art ECOSSE engineering and componentry. It’s available in both naked and full fairing versions.

X-5 is the radical 21st century translation of the X-4 that possesses an innovative suspension system — trick fork design with a very different, very impressive rear suspension setup — and proprietary 7-speed transmission.
